LOL Luke's sword would just cut that Master Sword right down. Link would be a dead man.

Sly reference to the Cross on Link's shield in the first game. Could a lightsaber deflect one of Link's light arrows?

Luke has the force, if he can block blaster shots with his bare hands, he could conceivable block a shot from the Master Sword.
Link has Magic, but different degrees based on which version of Link we are talking about.
Links shield can block magic shots as well, so it could conceivably block a Lightsaber.
Luke can use the Jedi Mind Trick and since Link is usually represented as a little kid, would be highly susceptible.
I conclude it would be one hell of a fight.

I don't think the fight would get to that point before they realized they were both good guys and stopped fighting and went out for ice cream together and became best friends forever!

Luke hasn't been a good guy for quit some time. He started turning to the Dark Side sometime ago.
