Thats awesome. Even though Gamespot broke the silence before Telltale gave out the official press release, the Telltale blog re-assures April fools savvy watch dogs by taking the right item and "clicking" both pieces together.
Gamespot reaveals the release date as this fall.

It's a little sad, but my restraint in not buying these titles on other platforms is paying off. Same with Okami and Bully and stuff.

If they get Season 2 on the Wii out at the same time as on the PC and for the same price I'll consider it. If it takes longer or costs more (both very likely, probably 40 Euros for the Wii instead of the 30 it'll cost on the PC) I'll go with the PC version instead. I've already bought, played and beaten Season One long ago.

Does anyone else find the humor a little flat when compared to the writing from Sam and Max Hit the Road back in the 90's? Something just feel off.
That's kinda how I felt after playing the first season on the PC.
Maybe they lost a key writer. Overall, the humor just doesn't seem as witty.

I checked and Amazon is listing season 1 at 29.99 (http://www.amazon.com/Dreamcatcher-WII52092RB-Sam-Max-Season/dp/B0017HZOLU/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=videogames&qid=1212106522&sr=1-2)

If you have a pc that isn't 10 years old you can probably run the demos on their website.
They also have the entire episode 5 available for free. I played it and its awesome. I would pick them up now accept my computer is 10 years old and makes these games barely playable at all, the Wii will solve that.

Totally buying this.
I'm hoping good sales of this will also spark the second season to be ported to Wii.
