Title: The things nice people do.
Post by: animecyberrat on April 02, 2008, 11:05:36 AM
Ok so I was at a Thrift store shopping for inventory for the site, and I come across a ton of old Atari games for $.50 each so naturally I snatch them up. As I am digging through the games this guy standing next to me ask me if I have the player for those games. So I say yes, and proceed to tell him how I have the other consoles as well for the different types of games.

Ok so he tells me he has this case of Atari 2600 games in his basement and he was going to just toss them out cuz he needs to clean out his basement, so instead of throwing them away he just GIVES them to me. So I grab up another 18 Atari games and now I have enough to put all the good stuff on the site and have extras left over to  keep. I am now a happy camper.

It was mostly stuff like Pac-Man, Asteroids, Moon Patrol, things like that. The best games were Adventure and Mario Bros.
