No...
and before anyone else asks - if anyone would be getting a copy early, it'd be me.
And I can't get a copy. :(

How painful is it to look at all those copies and not be able to play any of them?

I might be able to get the game a couple days early like the 5th or 6th of March. Not that early, but it's better than nothing. No guarantees, unfortunately.

You can get away with it, you just need accomplices willing to not turn your ass in:
1. Cut the UPC code from a box and keep it on hand in the store.
2. Take the game home.
3. Upon the day of release, scan the UPC code into the system and pay for it as normal.
I this this might only work as a Gamestop employee, though.

What's wrong with you people? That's kind of like shoplifting, no? (With the intent to pay later??) Why would you even bother cutting the UPC... all you need is the disc.
Now my question is that they plan to have a Brawl event at work... so what if they open the "Store Copy" early?? Or is that event being "sponsored" by someone's own copy of the game?
