In my state, you can drop out of high school at 16. I think that's too young.

Just make sure you keep a list of the legal ages of conception in the US, especially South Carolina.

Thats the worst thing about turning 18, you can go to jail, and trust me...jail is not fun, cold showers, colder chicken nuggets, and rubber mattresses that are no inflated. But happy birthday nonetheless, just be careful.

Happy birthday, Stevey.
Does this mean the end of mafia vendettas? I hope not, those are fun, and you can't go to jail for them (I don't think).

The sudden knowledge that you were a minor all this time comes as a shock to me, though it probably shouldn't. Congrats.

18's a great age to be. Up until 21 getting a year older is actually something to look forward to. I realized on my 22nd birthday that it wasn't special; I was just older. And that's how my birthday since then has been.
18 is within the period where birthdays equal more priviledges.
I wanted to turn 16 so I could drive. I wanted to turn 18 so I could vote and see R-rated movies unattended. I wanted to turn 19 so I could legally drink. I wanted to turn 21 so I could legally drink in the United States - ie: the "fully enjoy Las Vegas" age.
22 doesn't provide anything. You're just an adult. Still a young adult and likely still healthy and attractive and with many good years left. But you would rather be 21. At 22 you realize for the first time that it would be better to be younger than your current age than older and I found that hard to take.
Being 18 kicks ass so enjoy it. I don't really mind being 26 that much either but you're still at the age where you're looking forward instead of back and that's great.
And if fear of going to jail is a legitimate concern I would suggest that maybe you need to make some changes to your lifestyle.

Since Malon is underage, Malon porn is illegal even if you're 18...

Last time I checked, being a deviant isn't illegal.

Quote Two years ago, Dwight Whorley [downloaded and sent] Japanese ?anime? cartoons showing graphic acts of child pornography.
Because of a 2003 federal obscenity law, that?s illegal. The law, designed to help protect children from sexual exploitation, makes it a federal crime to produce or distribute obscene drawings, cartoons, paintings, or any other visual representations involving the sexual abuse of children.
On December 1, Whorley?who had spent time in jail on previous federal child pornography charges?became the first person in the U.S. to be convicted under the 2003 law. On Friday (March 10), he was sentenced to 20 years in prison and fined $7,400.

Time to burn all your child anime drawings, eh vudu?
Hmm, I have some old homework papers I better get rid of. Funny what shows up in the margins of those things.

Is there a line? I mean can you draw a nude child as long as the content is them committing a sexual act? I'm just curious, I am no child porn sympathizer.

From now on, you will be ridiculed for playing video games now that you are an "adult" and you are obligated to reply with, "I'M GONNA EAT YO BABIES!!! URAAAAAAarAAAAA!!"

Nudity is fine so long as there's no sex. You can read the law here.
