I see everybody around here using the "Not Recommended... Except for Kairon" meme, and it's like you jokers pretend that it just poofed out of thin air.

Radio Free Nintendo. Episode 52. Check.

Now that that's out of the way, what's new? I haven't been around in a while.

I have been listening, yeah. Has it improved? Hah, well, not TOO much, I'd hope. But Jonny's doing a freaking awesome job. And much like me before him, his strenuous hosting duties have led him to near-fatal alcoholism. Hopefully he'll be able to get it together.

If he doesn't, though, at least it'll make for some good eps, amirite?

Oh, and I don't trust that Jon Lindemann. When I hung out with him in Atlanta, I noticed his absurd amount of housecats. Like, probably two. WTF.

All will be told and revealed and all that junk in the next episode of RFN. As for Nintendo Pirate Radio, likely not. Without Stan, the mood just isn't the same.

Well, Kairon is now staff.  Much like Deg, he reviews game no one else wants to play.  Except he gives them good reviews.  Although the other day he gave a VC game a Not Recommended.  I was floored.  No one else cared.

I know everything that's ever been said on RFN, what episode, and usually what chapter if I edited that episode. Having to listen to these things sometimes several times during post-production, it's hard to not get it stuck in your head. Not just stuff I've said, too. Pretty much everybody. If you gave me a quote from any show during my tenure, I'd probably be able to tell you who said it, what episode, and what the general topic was.

Also, I knew Kairon got hired. That happened before I left. Like a good month or two before. Didn't know about the Not Recommended, though. That's pretty funny.

ARGH! It's NOT a bad game! It's just... a miniscule example of the genre! By those merits I was OBLIGATED to not recommend it! But it was fun I tell you! FUN! People were afraid to review it, they were afraid to buy it... but I'm HAPPY I did! FUUUUNNNNN!!!!
