Title: Can I link Gameboy Player to GameCube to unlock extras in games?

For example, use Metroid Fusion to unlock Metroid Prime's extras?  I'm guessing no.

It's been answered in the other GB Player threads, but no.  When you're using your GC, the GB Player isn't running.
