Title: Psyclone's Wii Remote Recharge Station DO NOT BUY!!
Post by: Flames_of_chaos on December 30, 2007, 06:30:36 AM
Apparently over at amazon.com 23 out of 25 feedbacks users had their Wii remotes permanently damaged, broken or fry your Wii remote(s).  Nintendojo and gonintendo ran a story about it as well.

I expect extensive product reviews with week-long testing durations, pronto.

I use the Nyko charge station and haven't had any troubles with it, except for the fact that it wont fit into the Wii Zapper unless you take the battery cover off

Probably not, since there's very few people that own it most likely.

You know I just bought rechargeable AA batteries. It cost less, I didnt have to worry about the battery cover being different and I can use them with alot of other things lying around my house including my 360 controllers.

I really don't see the point in Wii specfic battery packs to be honest. Particularly after reading this.

A class action suit would be good. Don't companies have to test things before they sell them??
