Title: Remember that Super Smash Brothers Melee Concert 5 years ago?

rmr that concert back in the day? that the New Japan Philharmonic orchestra performed in 2002? does anyone know how I can get my hands on a copy of the cd?? it's so brilliant...
can anyone help me out?? pleaaaaase?

Um, I guess you could try eBay. As far as I know, the only way anybody in the U.S. got it was through Nintendo Power.

The songs are all actually quite well done and a nice listen. My favorite is the rainbow cruise track, simply because the audience begins to clap along towards the end ^^

Or importing, although I pity people who did considering how much cheaper it was to get via a NP subscription.

I would love it if they messed with it a little and got it into Brawl somehow.

Yep, I got my grubby mits on the disc back around SSBM release. The arrangements are outstanding.
I sure hope they release a similar disc for Brawl's release...

I am so glad that my mediocre hearing prevents me from noticing most audio quality issues. Seriously, it'd suck to notice that stuff.

He said he wanted to get his hands on the CD because "it's so brilliant." Somehow I doubt that he thinks the physical object is brilliant. He wants the music.

I didn't think back that far.
And the other day I was playing Toilet Princess when I noticed my sword swishy sounds were crackling and breaking up while I had 2 desktops transferring files wirelessly for a half hour.
