Does anyone know when the new Zelda is going to be released? and is only Nintendo going to be releasing it?

Actually since the departure of Bungie, MS has bought rights to the next Zelda game, so we will not only see it on Wii but also the Xbox 360 with the Wii version being the dumbed down one in regards to visuals and maraca waggling game.
