Title: Nintendo Contractor Fired for Blogging
Post by: EasyCure on September 24, 2007, 07:16:46 AM
but who cares, she's kinda HOT. know whats even better? she's a MILF!

proof

to be serious for a moment, i will talk about the news article that i will link to at the bottom of this post.

Plain and simple: she deserves it. Yeah, yeah there's free speech and whatever but most big companies have policies about writing ANYTHING about the company on blog sites or news outlets, so when you're bad mouthing your employer and the people you work with and purposefully make it for the world to see, you should know you're getting the old pink slip.

The thing with nintendo is, and i know this first hand, is that even when they hire you through a different company (temp agency, like i was, or any other company) you will have to sign an NDA before employment and it does specifically say that sharing information of any of the practices of any part of the company is prohibited and says plenty of times that they are an "at will" employer. For those of you who don't know, they care fire you "at will" for any reason they choose, without notice. So she could of beeb writing positive things about the company but if she revealed too much information, ie certain practices or names, and blogged about it she could of still been fired if they chose too.

She clearly wasnt fit to work for nintendo in any way and thats clear if you read some of her blogs. Nintendo has an image to uphold and its much more than just friend-codes for safe, kid friendly online gaming, it goes for its employees too. This girl was a party girl, a drinker and kinda comes off as a slut at times. Seeing as she's married with a kid, being a slutty party girl is even worse than if she were single. Nintendo doesnt want or need any of what this woman stands for so when her blog showed her true feelings, they let her go. She brought it upon herself, really. How can you write "One plus about working with a hormonal, facial-hair-growing, frumpy woman is that i have found a new excuse to drink heavily. My gud tells me this woman hasn't been f***ed in years.

I Really don't think we should be calling her names EasyCure, her actual quote gives us everything we need to disapprove of her. let her dig her own grave with her own words:

Most people, at least that I have seen, tend to see this as her fault, which it is, honestly. If a comment like that leveled at your boss is traced back to you, that's it, you're gone. Would happen to me, and I assume would happen to most of us. The fact that it was made with the intent of her not discovering it or not is irrelevant, as the boss did find it without compromising any legal boundaries.

WE didnt call her any names, I did. You, my friend, can rest easy while i continue to call her such names. Besides i didnt mean to call her a slut or a whore, i was just trying to imply it. The only name i really did mean to call her was MILF.

LOL. Well, if that's the only name you've called her, I guess it's actually a compliment!

What's so great about MILFs anyway?  Is it sexier when you know they've fired a tiny human out of their lowers?

Dragging the thread to new lows?

Well, we don't need Blacknmild to tell us she has great DSLs!

She is hot. And as a married man, I can appreciate a MILF. Hey, at least we know she puts out.

I read what she wrote. I think she's allowed to have her own opinion and is free to express it. So maybe her frumpy boss gets offended by the remarks, and it creates a tension in the air thick as peanut butter, but people should loosen up and take stock of their lives.

Did I mention I'm my own boss?

I don't know about the rest of the NWR perverts posters, but for me its just a trace of old, child good fantasies about a HOT older woman. When you're younger, before you become attracted to the opposite sex, you don't think of moms as being hot. Then you grow up and the hottest women are always older, because girls of your peer level aren't yet matured physically. When a hot older woman is a mom though, you already know she puts out, as Bustin98 put it. That just adds a further sense of unattainability (as well as taboo) you're not aware of when you're young. Like everything else though, you always want what you can't have more than what you can.

Jeez, how young must one be to consider a 23 year old a MILF?

Well, I believe just about any girl over thirteen is eligible.  Although, she must "campaign" the issue, if you know what I mean.

I wouldn't want to encourage any further disreputable comments, so I'm not going to move it.

Here's a funny quote from her:

"Ten years ago, someone would never get fired for their blog. This is such a sign of the times."

There were blogs around in 1997?  Like in the post-toddler days of the internet?

"Yep, 30 years ago we didn't have to worry about which Windows version we got."

Well if that is any indication, they may have fired her for more than than the blog, but used it as a reason!
