Is. . . is this REALLY worth 140 bucks? =/ Can't you just watch the news or go online or look at your widget to check the weather for free?

Hey, your right... Do I really need one of these? Haven't I kinda owned one of these for years? that quote has been slightly altered, but does that really change the story any? I could just check the weather channel/site before leaving the house. And what happens if you are caught out in an area with no wifi, or the power is out in your part of town do to a lighting storm!? how fo you tell the weather then!?

Oh whoops.
The first couple of times I read that I thought it said "Capcom devises umbrella that forecasts rain" and I thought to myself, "Well, they would wouldn't they?" and "WTF, is this the secret behind the Umbrella corporation that we're going to find out about in RE:UC? WEATHER CONTROL?"
