Title: Old Reviews, new products...

Something I'd be interest in seeing -
Sometimes, reviews of the Japanese release of a product or early impressions get posted a good 6-8 months before the NA release of the product. It'd be handy if, when the NA release hits, if there was a link on the front page to the older review/impressions.
Here's an example.... Early Impressions from the DS Browser... over a year ago.

I remember Dragona or somebody reviewed the first Naruto game like 3 years before it came out in the U.S. or however ridiculously long ago it was

We generally try to do exactly this kind of import coverage when there is a major game released in Japan way before it comes out in America. However, the length of time between JPN and USA versions is becoming shorter across the board, and since it usually takes longer to review a Japanese game, sometimes this is not worth doing because the English version could be out before we finish reviewing the Japanese version. There are also some other complicating factors such as acquisition of import games, language barriers, and interest in the game among our staff (particularly those with language skills).
So yes, it's a good idea...and we already do it. I'd like to do it more often, but there are some reasons why we don't.

I think you missed the question. He's saying that when you do have an import review on the site, you should re-post a link to that review when the American version comes out.

He doesn't seem to be limiting this to just reviews. In fact he posted "impressions." There already is a "game" page, with all the relevant news stories. Usually you can get to it from the press release about a game being shipped. However, in the case of the DS browser, I was unaware it was on the street till I saw one in Target yesterday.

I also recall that review claiming the Naruto games suck.
