They're what I can only assume are development Game Boy Color units.

What I'm certian is an original Game Boy development cartridge.

What appears to be a game called "War Monster" - which appears to play a lot like the original WarCraft games (pre WoW, for those who remember). Interesting, eh?

Looks like a version of the game came out for cell phones back in 2003.
There was also a MMO version in 2004.
