Title: My right arm is about to fall off!!! owiiiieee...
Post by: Kairon on February 03, 2007, 05:25:46 PM
Yeah, so I read that Wii Sports losing 9 lb. thing and getting some physical activity story and I thought: Hey, I should do that. I'm basically stuck indoors all day, and not at all active like I was in High School when I was on the swim team and sprinted across school, up a slight hill, and up three flights of stairs with a 20 lb. backpack in order to get to my next class on time...

Well, that was weeks ago. Today I actually made good on my decision. I forgot to do stretches, I played about 30 minutes of boxing, and maybe 20 minutes of tennis and baseball.

OH god baseball. Pitching... owww.. my forearm... owwwww! I didn't half-ass anything...

Now my right forearm feels sore and I can barely lift my arm off the keyboard... /whimper

Reminds me of the time I nearly threw my back out while swinging the bat in baseball. I struck out too! It was terrible!

I dislocated my shoulder once playing tether ball.

Upon reading the subject, I immediately thought of something unsavory.

Anyone else?

No.  Probably because I usually use my left hand for that.

You bat left handed?

No.  Matt and I are talking about something unsavory, not baseball.

Where's that image of pink (Cyborg) Smoke?  I think it was in the Funhouse's banners thread.

Smoke is very feminine, at the very least.

What? Girls don't do unsavory things with their left hand? Somebody lied to me!

Here you are, Jon.  It's a lovely shade, isn't it? :3

Bustin, I think with girls it's more in the wrist, while with guys there tends to be more arm motion.  All depending on the particular technique employed, of course.

I have to do my best Blue Beetle of the Justice League from the JM DeMattis years hear: BWA-HA-HA-HA

Sorry but that made me bust out laughing. And reminded me of a skit that Bob and Tom did, talking about girls chasing squirrels. Very funny.

Anyway, seems its all dependent on where you are, if you're standing, laying down, sitting in your computer chair . . .

So many ways to swing a racket.

Um...yes.  YES WE ARE.

It involves balls and whacking, anyway.

there must have been a lot of PMing going on earlier between smoke39 and matt oz, because nothing in their conversation made the slightest sense
