Why?

If people enjoy playing the PSP then your comment is pathetic and unnecessary.

I agree with GoldenPhoenix.
I have one, biggest waste of $50 ever, even with the ability to download and play all the games the thing still sucks hard.

LocoRoco wants a word with you.

A wonderful and smile inducing game throughout.

Downloaded it, Played it, Thought it was lame, Deleted it

The only games that I thought were remotely fun that I was able to play for a while were HotShots, Mercury Meltdown, Pirates of the Caribbean, Ghost in the Shell, and StarWars: Lethal Alliance.
HotShots is no different then the console version or Mario Golf.
Mercury was cute for the first section then got boring, maybe the Wii version will be better.
Pirates of the Caribbean was good to kill a few hours, then I switched to the PS2 version and never looked back
Ghost in the Shell I played cause I'm a GitS junkie.
StarWars: Lethal Alliance was fun and made me want to go back to StarWars Galaxies

LocoRoco is the best game Nintendo never made and if you thought it was 'lame' then you haven't got a heart, heck, do you even enjoy games?

I bet if Nintendo developed it, you would be singing high praise towards the game from the rooftops.

No, that honor goes to Okami. LocoRoco averages at 85.2%, good but not great and definitely not a game to own a 200€ platform for.

Fair enough but LocoRoco certainly is one of them along with We Love Katamari.

It is one of the best handheld games ever made and is certainly the best on the PSP so I think your 'it is good but not great' comment is a bit harsh.

It is the sort of game that puts a smile on everybody's face except one odd person in this thread.

If Nintendo made Loco Roco, I'd have been even more upset than I am with Sony making it.  If it wasn't the abnoxious singing, (this was part of my reason for not liking Yoshi Story too much as well)  it was the average gameplay.  It was one of the reasons (albeit small) that I sold the PSP to begin with.

Considering I once owned a PSP, I think my comment is quite necessary. The PSP a poorly made handheld device both durability wise and game wise. Then again I guess if you like quick knock-off ports, or pseudo-ports such as the GTA Stories games and don't mind one of the most poorly designed handhelds of all time then go right ahead.

First of all, we don't let Cap on the roof anymore, not after last time.

Second, you're using that argument on a gamer who very probably hates more Nintendo franchises than he likes...

BTW I want to be clear I was more joking, but honestly besides some of the multimedia aspects of the machine (which are not even that great anymore) there isn't much on the PSP to interest me. There are a couple of games I would like to play, such as the Mega Man ones, but beyond that and MAYBE LocoRoco there is nothing but a long line of quick N dirty ports. It is pretty obvious that Sony was hoping that the PSP would summon in a new media platform (UMD) which they could make alot of money on, but like what MAY happen with PS3, they put too many eggs in that basket and lost sight of what should have been its most important feature, GAMING!
