Post by: Crave on January 10, 2007, 08:52:28 AM
Blaster Master was one of my top favorites along with Kig Icarus (which I am happy to see finally coming to the VC) Here is what I would like to see on the VC.  Add to the list if you wish !!

Blaster Master ( I would not mind an updated (Current Gen Graphics) 2D version either )
Golgo 13
Bionic Commando
Out Of This World
Flashback
Gumshoe (Using the Wii Mote :p )
Rygar
Iron Tank
Ikari Warriors
TMNT
TMNT: Turtles In Time
Goonies II
Deadly Towers
Double Dragon

I happen to love all of those games (barring the TMNT series).  Deadly Towers was a bitch though.  Where have you gone Broderbund?

And I'm also wishing for these obscure games:

Road Rash

Rock N' Roll Racing
Brawl Brothers

Uninvited and Shadowgate would be a nice touch, too (although I still own my copies).   Trojan, and Kid Nikki are a couple of games that would also take me back.  I never did beat Kid Nikki, since it never did want to work quite right.

Deadly Towers always pissed me off as a kid.  I spent so much time toiling through the middle part of the game, going in circles.  But, it would be another nice flashback.

Do you really need a VC-wishlist thread every week?

(And the topic should be closed anyway for not a single mention for Terranigma!  You FIENDS!)

every snes rpg, including those which were not (but have since been) localized
Let the VC present stuff to me that never existed in the US market, or which I would be spending $40+ tracking down on Ebay.
at $6 those would be worth buying

First off, Super Mario Bros. 3, tied for best game ever, should have been a launch title.

I've wanted to play Earthbound for a long time, and I really hated Nintendo for not bringing the Mother I + II GBA cart here, so I'm really looking forward to that.

Also (in no particular order):
•Star Wars: Rogue Squadron (N64)
•Star Wars: Episode I: Racer (N64)
•Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire (N64)
•Battletoads (NES)
•NHL Hockey or NHL 96 (Genesis)
•Mario Golf and Mario Tennis (N64)
•Flicky (Genesis)
•Harvest Moon 64 (N64)
•Mario Party 3 (N64) (Duel Mode kicks ass)
•Perfect Dark (N64) (I know there's no chance, but let me have my dream)
•Diddy Kong Racing (N64) (though not for a while, we've got too many N64 racers right now)
•F-Zero Expansion Kit (N64)
•Yoshi's Story (N64)

Also, it's not technically Virtual Console, but I'd love a Wii Ware version of Pac Man Vs. that connected to the DS; the upcoming DS version is cool, but I don't know enough people with DSs for it to work enough.

Well if the Metroid release is any indication we probally will not get Smash brothers until the last week of November, begining of December.

I would like like Mischief Makers.

As for games made by Broderbund, I don't think they made any of their games because one of the games they had for the NES I liked The Gaurdian Legend, was orginally made by a development team in Japan then ported by Broderbund.
