The [L] tags automatically insert http:// into URLs when they're not present, and that screws things up.

Hrmm, I swear you had to use in sigs instead of [ b ]... and I know for a fact img tags work cause I have to take them out of people's sigs all the time because they are against the rules.
Color me confused.
