Title: Madden kicking problem? what...?
Post by: franky005 on December 23, 2006, 02:58:06 PM
Ok, I know not too many people on here are Madden fans, but I have a problem.  My problem is people complaining about the kicking "problem" in Madden.  Why have I had no trouble with this, yet I see countless people talking about the kicking needing to be fixed.  It's not hard, in fact, I consistantly kick over 50 yard field goals.  Here is the way to do it....STAND UP!  God forbid you might need to get off the couch for a second, but if you stand up and have the remote pointed towards the ground, then fling it (while holding A of course) in a kicking motion upwards, and, if you held it steady, you have a perfect kick.  It works, I do it no problem and love Madden.

I'm sorry, I just really had to get that out, if this doesn't work for you, then you're doing something wrong.  Feel free to ignore if you could care less about Madden.

I haven't played the wii Madden (or much of the others) but I just assumed people complained because kicking in regular football games is soooo easy.  Unrealistically easy.  The new kicking may actually put a little pressure on the person besides looking at some meters.

Madden 07 on Wii kicks ass, and kicking the ball correctly is simple.

Agreed.  It obviously takes some getting used to if you're new to the game, but it shouldn't be a problem once you try it more than a few times.
