Title: Characters You'd Like to See on SSBB

After reading the conspiracy theory thread about the level shown in the SSBB trailer I had to ask, who do you want to see on the new smash bros?
I thought the suggestion of Belmont from CV was a cool idea, might be a stretch though...

You know it isn't that much of a stretch. Nintendo is developing this version of Smash Brothers and third party development house is, that means that means other third parties are more willing to work with the developers. (Before E3 how many people would of scauffed at the idea of Snake being in the game. And they are using the composer who makes the themes and BGM of the Final Fantasy games.)
And concidering that Konami how owns the rights to the Metal Gear games isn't the biggest Nintendo supporter in the past it just opens up a whole lot of possibities. (Because face it Smash Brother is one of Nintendo's biggest titles what company wouldn't want to get its hands on some of the royalties from the game.)
Well I am slightly expecting to see one or two characters from each major Japanese developer show up in the game. What one or two is hard to decide.

It is a little concerning to me that Nintendo may open up SSBB to too many other people and we will have a parade of characters not from the Nintendo universe. 3 at the most seems ok to me, but anything more than that is excessive. I fully expect some announcement of Sonic, or a Sonic and Tails combo character ala Ice Climbers, and maybe Megaman. Outside of these additions, I really think they should skip the outside characters, IMHO.

There should be more inclusion of Pikmin characters, but I'm not exactly sure how.
Also, I agree that there should be very few outside characters - but I think it'd be fun to see Ken or Ryu in the game.

Shouldn't this just get locked, and the Mod bring up the original thread to the front if people want to continue talking today?
Well, I personally don't mind repeating.
Here is my list for must have:
Baby Mario/Luigi together Olimar Miis (as an awesome computer fight would be cool. But perhaps as a playable character too.) Mega Man Bomber Man King DeeDeeDee
