Title: 3 rpgs
Post by: therat on October 20, 2006, 06:26:27 AM: out of the 3 rpgs, i THINK contact will be the most fun do to originality. so contact it will be to hold me over till the damn wii comes out. one thing that confuses me is the lack of information on multiplayer option on the other two (mana and starsign). sounds like competitive mini games which arent fun. wheres the REAL MP rpg? funk, in that case, wheres the really good rpg? i can see me beating contact in a week or two and be like, eh fun. i can see playing the other two for 2-3 weeks and go... anime, linear, dungeon crawls... meh, not terrible. wish FF CC would come out already. ima head down to nws today and pick up contact, and (if i can find it, i heard its hard to come by) electroplancton. i think electroplanckton will be fun to mess with when im smoking with friends.

Yes, it is a dungeon based game as opposed to having an extensive world to explore, but imagine it very much in the vein of the DS' Mana-esque sprite-based version Crystal Chronicles.

Post by: therat on October 20, 2006, 10:48:00 AM: yeah, havent posted in here for awhile due to forgeting my U/P. so i make my way to NWS, they arent getting contact till tomorrow, luckily theres abot 20 game stores in nyc.... so i bought contact and clubhouse games so i can have alil mp fun with peoples. maybe ill pick up mana next month as well... i just want me my wiiiii, i think these will hold me over for awhile.

After finishing Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime and Mega Man ZX and getting back to Star Fox Command which I had put aside, I'm bombarded with more games to have to play. Gaaaaah! Children Of Mana, Magical Starsign, Contact...and more games on the horizon...when are FF III and Scruge: Hive coming out? Sheesh. By the time I catch up Pokémon Diamond/Pearl will probably be out...and let's not forget the Wii!

And I still haven't gotten to Mario Hoops 3-on-3, but that'll probably be put aside. Right now it's all about Contact.

okay but acrs bad spellnig is very speicfic and this guy doesnt relly type lik him at all. Teh real rat mixse up the oredr of the leteters. I hope you udnersantd he types badly cause he has arthritis and its very hard for him to type and worry abuot spellchcek and thigns lik taht. But hes spellnig better now since peple wont stop b*tching abuot it.

also I dont now if you noeticed but the real rat puts alot of spcaes bewteen his paragrpahs.

No kidding. I'm not use to having so many games to keep up with on a Nintendo platform. There are so many here lately, it's hard to keep up.
