I'd be Maxwell Smart; this way I could have a phone in my shoe.  That would be rad.

I'd be Mortadelo. Then I'd have whatever he uses to carry all those costumes at my disposal to carry my luggage. And of course a shoe phone.

I never got hooked with Mortadelo y Filemón for some reason.....

and I'd be Jack Bauer

Inspector Gadget isn't a secret agent.  He's an inspector.
I was sad when the guy in the live movies didn't say "wowsers" right. ):

He gets self-destructing messages from the Chief, therefore he's a secret agent.  Plus, you know Brain and Penny will be there to save your ass no matter what!  And, transforming car, need I say more?
