Oh...nevermind. I was thinking of the truck driver who had a lethal dose of alcohol in him. He was driving his truck at the time and was pullled over because he was driving just slightly over the center line. This one is news to me.

I think that's 0.914% alcohol. After all, 4 permille is considered lethal and legal limits are around the 0.sumthin permille.
