The EBA download is lame. Only half the song? I know there are limitations to the downloadable memory of the DS, but still... Boo-urns.

The Mario vs. DK 2 demo is a lot of fun. I'll be buying the game tomorrow because of it. It is quite easy, so I tried to get the highest score possible on each of the six demo levels.
The score for 1-5 can probably be improved a wee bit. The touch screen controls can be a little frustrating when going for high scores. The touch arrows on the edges of the screen can get in the way.

Seeing as NAL sucks and hates people that buy their games, these demos aren't out here yet. So. Can anyone help me out? I did like Donkey Kong '94. I didn't like Mario vs. Donkey Kong (mainly because you got punished for restarting a level, but other niggly little things too. But moving on.) I kind of liked Lemmings. From the demo, does it look like Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2 (which, from what I understand, is nothing like the first game) might appeal to me somewhat? Your opinons are welcome and encouraged. Except rants about me not liking Mario vs. Donkey Kong, I'll scroll past those.

Elit Beat Agent demo is very short and not worth the download.
However, the Mario Vs. Donkey Kong is quite enjoyable. The game is a nice Lemmings type game that is fun and challenging.

You can restart levels without limitation or penalization. Lemmings (on Game Gear) is one of my favorite handheld games. It is similar in that you have to lead multiple Marios/lemmings to an exit door. In Mario vs. DK2, you have to quickly switch back and forth between all of the marios to get the highest ranking.
Maybe the EBA is short because the music and animation take up a lot of space?

I've noticed the MvsDK 2 demo looks an awful lot like the E3 version. It features a map mode, a more elaborate scoring system, and heart pick-ups that dont seem to do much of anything but double coins.

The demo is a bit different than the final game. The final game has big coins instead of hearts, has no map mode, and doesn't show the scoring categories while playing. The starting position for the marios is also different on the levels featured in the demo.
