Can you give us a detailed list of the scams and questionable things that happened there and how we could use that to our advantage should we ever run across a Namco Arcade?
-I think that should sum this up pretty quickly

For getting stuff out of machines, I wrote a whole guide to this about a year ago, it's floating around in my livejournal/on the internet and you can google it.
I think my favorite questionable thing was how we dealt with dead CRTs. Those things are dangerous

Those things can build and hold an electrical charge strong enough to kill a person (sometimes), even if it's been separated from the machine for a while. There's apparently some sort of delicate process to safely disposing of them, but we just hoisted them into the dumpster and threw some trash on it
