It's called the freeloader and it is packaged with the Action Replay.
It can be purchased for $29.99 without modifying your console at all!
Play all the import games you have always wanted with ease. Wow !!1!1!11!

Well in that case I don't know if I would trust a 7th grader doing a mod of my console.

This is the internet, if anything the opposite needs to apply considering how often you hear of child rape coming from some contact someone gained on the internet. Quite honestly, considering you are offering a service that would require either someone going over to your house, or you going over to theirs, I'm surprised this topic has not been locked.

You aren't capable of using a keyboard, why should I expect you to be capable of using a soldering iron?

It's kind of sad that you created another account to try and prove some sort of point. On behalf of the rest of the board, go away.

You managed to turn on all caps. Really try to stay away from keyboards before you hurt yourself. Also you managed to tell a forum regular that "noone told him to post on this forum". How do you manage to remember which side of the soldering iron to hold?

I haven't had this much fun reading a thread in a while.
FYI, the reason he stated that you were in 7th grade is because the Freeloader came out three years ago. Since you stated you used it in 4th grade, the math of 4th grade plus three years would place you in 7th grade. Just math.
Also your inability to type actual words is another giveaway of a younger age. Just for your information.
