Title: 50 bucks for a DSphat. 30 bucks for a gamecube. 10 bucks for a gameboy player. $1.50 for my ds case =

91.50 total ! (from trading in at EB games)

so my DSlite will only cost like 40 bucks! and i'll get it on launch day!
muh hah hah ha ha.

anyone doing similar trades? what trade in prices are you getting?

I'm trading in my DS phat, my GBA SP (I have my regular GBA to play older GameBoy titles with) and 30 (plus or minus 5) games/movies that I'll be trading in. I don't know how much I'll get for all of it, but I hope I don't have to pay ANYTHING for my Lite.

I'm keeping my GameCube. I'll need something to trade in when I purchase my Wii.

I'm keeping my GameCube because I doubt the Wii will have a built-in GameBoy Player or support the 'Cube's GameBoy Player peripheral.

Dude trading stuff in seems like a huge rip-off. These stores bang you and then sell your stuff for 3x the amount they just paid you. Forget that, I'll put in a few hours overtime to get the extra cash for the DSLite and the Wii.
