Title: I'm such a whore...

After not finding much of anything (An SNES Mouse/Pad for $5, a stand that I'll be posting about in the general section for $6 and an NES RF modulator for $.50), I came across...

A second hand GameBoy Micro. Black, with the three Faceplates and charger... $50. In almost perfect condition.

I had to have it.

I'm such a whore.

I was playing some Dr. Mario on it just now... I think I'm going to be playing some old GBA games again. Which sucks, because I've got Odama, Brain Training, Tetris and a slew of other games to play as well. I need a job where all I do is play games. Not review them, or test them or any such thing... just where someone pays me to sit around and play whatever games I want...

edit: oh, as for the micro, keep it out of reach of pets. And check your pockets before doing laundry from now on.

Nope... there's no Micro -> GCNLink. Well, no official one, and I can't make one...

I e-mailed (and then called) Nintendo about an issue with the GameBoy Micro regarding the sound (compaired it to someone else's and it's not as loud and is just a wee bit fuzzy).

They're replacing my GameBoy Micro.

Under it's warranty (i.e.: for free).

With a Famicom Edition.

This, my friends, is why I love Nintendo.

Although, Nintendo would have no way of knowing that unless (a) they asked for proof of purchase or (b) the original owner registered his system at nintendo.com.
