There WAS a Choro Q for N64. It was called Choro Q 64 in Japan, Penny Racers here. Also in Japan they made a second one; Choro Q 64 II

I've actually got the Japanese Choro Q II for the N64... it's nothing to write home about.

I think I played Penny Racers, it was a travesty.
