I saw a Metroid Prime Hunters commercial the other day.  Well, just the end of it.  Like always, I miss the entire commercial but hear "Metroid Prime Hunters for the Nintendo DS" at the end.  I turn quickly, but it's always too late ;__;

Hahaha.. nice one. All the DS ads (barring the Nintendogs one) have been excellent. First at launch, with all those cinema ads. Then the Advance Wars one, then all the WiFi ones (poor man in desert w/ banana, Ninja one, this one, and more..). Hopefully this carries forward to the Revolution.

KN, the exact same thing happened to me. It happens a lot for Nintendo ads. I think it's a curse.

Didn't really miss much  It's not terrible, but it's not awesome like the Tetris one.

I too have only seen the very end of the Metroid Prime Hunters ad.

The Tetris commercial looks pretty neat though I don't have sound here at work.  Really though a Tetris commercial could basically just have a voiceover saying "Tetris is now on the Nintendo DS" and the game would probably sell.  Give people a small portable electronic device with a screen and people will want to play Tetris on it.

Decent commercial, I can't say I'm too excited about Tetris though: between Puyo Pop Fever, Puzzle Bobble, and Trozei, I'm pretty set on puzzlers. Next on my list is probably the GBA version of Klax.

I love the guy who does the voiceover in the Tetris ad ~, he sounds like he's risen from a 1980's Nintendo style advert.

Trust me Trozei isnt very good, I played it for 20mins at the nintendo wifi tour in australia
but this ad is very cool!

Indeed, this commercial is really great, but I still dont feel spending so much money on a tetris title, damn if games are expensive around here.

It's a budget title, at least. I think it'll be for $20.

EDIT: Hmm, I guess I heard wrong. Gamestop has it listed for $35...

Yeah it's full price everywhere. But it's Tetris! So totally worth it. Unlimited replay value ahooooooy!
