Dammit! I loved this show (and political dramas in general, but something about Commander in Chief just doesn't do it for me). And this is apparently old news but new to me...in that article, it mentions that The Office is ending in March? That's terrible! After ending those two shows, the only mildly entertaining show NBC's going to have left is My Name is Earl.

Well done, NBC! Fix the worst season in TV history by pulling the plug on your two best shows (I guess they can't do much about Carell needing to star in a movie...) and filming 12 new episodes of Joey! Yes!

Watch House MD. and The Closer instead. One episode of either is better than seven years of the West Wing.

Then again... the British version (the better version) only lasted a total of two seasons...

Post by: nitsu niflheim on January 24, 2006, 09:43:24 AM: I'm going to say that "off the air" is the same as cancelled, but not in the same sense. Some shows decide to go off the air, like Sienfeld, and some get cancelled like Girls Club, and what feels like 90% of new shows.
