Post by: ff7 on December 30, 2005, 12:53:08 PM
will we be able to play the nintendo gamecube controller on the revolution? thats all i need to know, cause if yes then there is no problem for playing the zelda game on the revolution. thats what i think they should do. they should make the revolution to be able to play with the new contoller and the ngc contoller. what ya think? i think yes. *_*

the revolution has 4 controllers slots for nintendo gamecube controllers, that way you can play old games. What i think Nintendo should do is make another version of the gamecube controller pretty soon that will then become the standard for games that don't use the revolution controller, basically the gamecube controller with an extra button opposite z, a bigger d-pad, and instead of the eye/kidney layout a traditional diamond layout

I don't know why everyone bitches about the kidney buttons, I love them. It's just their colors that makes them seem queer.

I have to agree with not having any problems with the shape of the sholder buttons. I don't car about the colors of the controller since I spend so little time looking at them. (They are not a piece of art after all.)

I would've liked 4 kidney buttons surrounding the big A button.

a diamond pad is just better for fighting games, we have a new use for the big A and thats on the revolution controller. I wouldn't mind some new kidney buttons on the new controller, but that would scare people away
