Infact looking that the link it takes me too, Its just a sex toy, which goes under a condom

Do you need to score if you have a condom that vibrates?  I mean, during intercourse, wouldn't that make you reach climax, shall we say, much more quickly?

I dunno.  I've never had my genitalia vibrated before.
