I'm surprised PGC don't have this up as news yet.
Yeah this is incredibly sales 160,000 in two days eclipses both the US and Japanese opening sales, which is odd because the popularity of Nintendo in those regions is the other way around. New market get? This should very easily top a million in Japan this year, and i'm going to predict it will also sell a million in Europe and the US by the end of the year. It sold 250,000 in the US in August, another 250,000 at least has been confirmed for September, and it should definately be able to do 500,000 in the months of October, November and December. Same goes for Europe, but that will be a bigger stretch.
I predict 3 million sold worldwide by January. This was the game that caused the DS to hover over the PSP in Japan, and now it's doing the same in the US and Europe, I guess software does sell hardware after all.

Is it safe to say you forgot about the 'report a news tip' link again?

It's easy to miss. It's on the main page on the same line as the day/date of the news posts.
I wasn't targeting my comment towards you. Mario has a history of posting breaking news in the forums but forgetting to tip off PGC.
