What if the Nintendo Ds connected to the revolution to play dvd video of of the Ds's screen (of course adjusted for the lower resolution)

Wouldn't that mean u would have to be within proximity of the Rev. Why would u wanna look at a small portable when the exact same movie is playing on the tv? Maybe i misunderstood the question.

How's about the Revolution sends out software for the DS to act as the most awesomest remote control? Direct touch interaction with the still frame for zoom control. Yes.

yea.. they could make the ds remotely start up your rev, too (if they had a standy mode, that is)
