High everybody, I'm new and was wondering how I can do stuff like put up a picture?
Also, how does one really use these forums?
Do we just talk, or are their strict rules?

There are strict rules, and I'm afraid this thread is breaking one of them, actually. Go to the newbie check-in thread for any questions if you're new to the board. For the most part it's pretty laid back, though, as long as you follow the guidelines.
