Thanks for bringing the word out about the petition man!
I completely second that the petition should be posted on the main page. It's got some small feedback and needs some help. Here's something I wrote earlier:
Petitions usually don't work, that's a given, but even before I owned a Nintendo DS, I knew that it's best genre could be Real Time Strategy (RTS). I'm not sure if any developers are planning on making RTS' and I feel that by the time that they finally realize this, it will have been time wasted.
Command and Conquer DS could utilize the DS' touchscreen offering movement on par with a keyboard and mouse. This is something that has been completely absent with all other C&C ports to previous gaming consoles.
The Nintendo DS supports WiFi and a local proprietary format for LAN. Using both of these, C&C LANs could be created locally and online matchmaking is possible.
Finally, the voice communication offered on the Nintendo DS could allow easy speak between opponents and/or allies.
