Anyone know if the japanese version of SM64 DS will be multi-lingual?

Doubt it...I think the DS is region free though, just order from EB or something...

If you or a friend has the english version of SM64, check the options and see if our version is multi-lingual, if it is then I would imagine the japanese version is too.

It's not.  The only options are control settings, sound settings, and backlight on/off.

EB don't ship to Australia.

I think Lik-Sang has the American one too, they have free shipping worldwide.

Well, if you want to get picky, it does use two languages. When Peach is reading her letter to Mario at the beginning, the audio is in English, but the text is in Japanese.

As is all the other on-screen text in the game...
