Title: Animal Crossing,HELP?!

Hey,guys.Listen,I was wondering,if you like one of the animals,and you KNOW
they like you back,will they ask you to marry them?I mean,if you reseve a
letter from one of them on valentine's day saying that they like you,in another  
few months or years will they ask you to marry them?I read somwhere that
you could marry one of them,but I just wasn't sure.Please,help me!!!
