Listen, i just beat P.N. 03 on easy, but didnt get the blackbird suit. What did i do wrong?

To get the Blackbird suit, you need to first unlock all suits and energy drives...The finish the game, load the clear save, and start a new game...

Most places only give info for the JPN version of the game. The geniuses(or sadists) at Capcom made the requirements for bonuses more difficult(time consuming) in the US(and later) version.
