Wow BShy played that excellently, did not expect her to be Mafia. I should read up why the Mafia hit backfired, interesting twist.
She also sent me 2 PMs:
1. About what I would do if I had Bomb Rocks. I haven't read all the rules yet but told her I'd throw it at an inactive player to blow them up.
2. How MopItUp had both her and me on her kill list and asking to join a vote against Mop. I saw that but was running late and didn't have time to read everything so I just voted for Luigi Dude since I'd seen his post and he was doing a No Vote.
Would be curious to hear if she sent both PMs to everyone? It sounds like it, but her 2nd one was personalized.
If everyone is telling the truth that exonerates Mop it up and likely Luigi Dude and Nickmitch.
This message from day 2 implies that each of these people are townies, unless it's an elaborate rouse.
"Only 3 people contacted me. Bungle5, Tophatant123 and pokepal148. So for now Bungle and Tophatant123 are on my most likely not going to vote for them unless they give me a reason to."
Considering the source of those names being publicly singled out, I'm not immediately convinced. If I was BShy I'd name 3 people and include one fellow Mafia member to bury their trail amongst (confirmed) Townies like Pokepal.
Pokepal was already dead before that post was made, so he's easy to claim as having been in PM contact.
TopHat is yourself, so let's ask a point blank question: did you indeed contact Bshy?
@Bungle, same question.
I'm going to vote Perm mostly for throwing out a no vote following the vote against B Shy. Maybe he knew something then? Just trying to get the ball rolling.
That makes no sense at all. I plan to no-vote until about day 5. Until then you're more likely to vote out a townie than a mafia. It's the mathematically most logical choice for townies.
You're not wrong, but people hiding behind No Votes are much harder to read. Are they a conservative Townie who know nothing? A Mafia member attempting to establish a seemingly innocent Voting pattern?
Voting for individual players helps everyone establish patterns, and there's the off chance we either get lucky or spot Mafia behavior in the votes. Not foolproof, and it's true it tends to result in accelerated Townie losses, but we need something to stand on.
I don't want to instinctively vote for you, Perm, because I'm still biased against you for playing me like a fiddle last game. But most Mafia games feel like they reach their endgame between Days 4-6, so planning to No Vote all the way has me suspicious of you. I don't wanna vote for active players just yet, but as it stands I plan to change my vote below to you later in the day.
Vote Crimm to see if they respond. Planning to change to ThePerm unless convinced otherwise.
