In all fairness, GP's best move was the day 2 vote for Nickmitch. I was ready to vote her out her next day but with that vote and her turning up townie in investigations, she seemed to be less guilty than Dasmos.
A couple games ago in Star Wars mafia, I was sure Mop_it_up was a mob member and when she turned up townie, I was sure she had to be the godfather then. But I held off on her voting her out and it paid off since she turned out to be innocent. I applied that same lesson here but it ended up leading to the opposite result this time and a true townie dying first. It's a shame since I really wanted to play a perfect game as a townie and I came so close until that mistaken vote. Biggest regret of the game.
Have to feel sorry for the mafia though. Three blocked hits in one game and the first hit on the same person voted out. If that didn't happen, then there's a good chance they might have won this game despite our knocking out three members in a row. It just depends who GP would have left alive in the end. But I guess it helped even the odds since this game could have been over in 2 days if the townies were unorganized.
On the whole, glad to finally get a townie victory with Vudu. In fact, this might be the first time that we've teamed and actually both lived to the end together for the win. It's been a long time coming. And to my amazement, stevey was actually able to give me a shot this game and give me the benefit of the doubt. Glad I could him payback honestly for a change. Definitely owe it to him from some past games. I've won a townie victory with Mop_it_up before but this is the first time we've worked so closely. A pleasure doing business with you. And Maxi. Maxi sort of took the place of Thatguy with his many ideas and pm's. I was with Maxi when he got his first mafia and now I've been able to work with him on a townie. And this time, we both got to live to the end as well. Good stuff. Again, disappointed on the loss of UncleBob. I really wanted to see him standing with us at the end since I don't think I've been able to share a victory with him and was glad to take the heat off of him with so many people accusing him of being mafia. The Dasmos vote was definitely an error and it's never good to vote out a townie when you are that close to ending the game. Unfortunately, you seemed like the right call at the time. And as for Thatguy, I did what I could and told anyoone who asked that you were most likely not mafia and should vote elsewhere. It didn't work out.
Thanks for letting me play and now I'll just wait and see about what Stratos has to say for the final star count.
