Kraken and Athena if you want to get a jump on your Mafia learning I suggest you go the the Mafia forum and check out the Mafia Hall of fame thread.
I suggest you read through the first 5 or so Mafia games to get a feel of the game.

Boy, I'll have some fun RPing if Shiggy is in as a character. Whining and gripping about how he's forgotten his roots with all these fancy 3D controls and cavalcades of colors. He used to understand good gameplay. We didn't need any fancy IR lasers and whacked out motion hi-jinks. At least you can pull that pathetic numb-chuck dongle and play it closer to the proper classic style. And don't even get me started on the so called 'classic controller'. What's so classic about it? Gimmie a Joystick and a button and I'll show you some classic!

At this point, like usual, NWR forum-goers have pretty much bungled up what I thought was a simple concept of choosing Donkey Kong characters. It seems the challenge has become not so much playing the mafia game but trying to make my hosting job more difficult. Fortunately, I don't care that much. I'm more interested if we can get a few more sign-ups. We are at 15. Can we crack the 20 mark?

I'd just like to say that I think that is really lame. If there is no forced vote then that just encourages people to sit back and not do anything which, through my observation, has the highest chance of winning. Non-participation should not be a winning strategy!

That's usually what I do. The problem with that though is that people tend to think those who start the votes are Mafia members.
