I was thinking about buying myself a dreamcast, so I can get street fighter 3 and soul caliber.  Though soul caliber 2 will be released in the near future.
I might as well pick up Capcom vs SNK 2 as well, the only thing I don't like about the online play is that most likely there will be lots of cheesy players.
As for finding out about that configuration, I didn't email them or anything I just went to their webpage but couldn't find anything at all regarding configuration.
If you do find some info about the config, please do post.
