i just realised somehting, i have NFI what the SP part of GBA SP means, anyone care to enlightent me? i haven't seen it written anywhere that ive read about the SP

It stands for "Special".

Not necessarily Gameboy Advance Special.  But the SP marking denotes that its Special Edition.

I didnt feel like starting a new topic so ill ask here. Does playing the GBA SP with the light on in total darkness hurt your eyes ?

yeah its awsome to play it in the dark, its pretty bright, you can use it to find stuff, but its a soft light, so its great fun to play in bed that was the biggest pain with the GBA not being able to play it in bed, SP = perfect in total darkness
