There are several things that could be called a "big annoucement"

1) New Zelda for GC shown
2) This "Ground Zero" is supposedly "the biggest thing seen on the GC"
3) Something that we have not even heard a rumor about

And, of course, comes the same simple answer we have learned to hate with a passion..."Just wait till E3"

I have heard this rumor for a while now, but it seems thats it's actually true.  Can't wait to see the Miyamoto-tized Pac-man, but I hope they add something that detatches itself from the other games in the series.  I don't really want to play the same old game unless there's something new to do.

well on the gamepro forums there was a little slipup that has now obviously been corrected(still take this as RUMOR)

1) "Fear"- Miyamoto-headed project which tells the tale of a young boy overcoming many fears
2)"Ground Zero"- Nintendo/Unknown Second-party Developer- all that is known is that it will unlike anything else before...could this be "Game Zero"?  And if it is, is Zoonami now a second party?

I definitely agree that Dragon Roost Island's theme is the best one.  When I hear it I even start to tear up

Some hidden tones I found are in the Deku Haven area.  If you listen carefully you will hear a remixed beginning of Kokiri Village as well as the beginning notes of Saria's song.

Having one person drive while the other shoots is more fun than you make it seem.  Have you ever played Gunstar Heroes?(Treasure's best game ever )  In space(with two players) one person steers the craft while the other shoots.  It was a LOT more fun than steering and shooting by yourself.  Of course, my opinion of fun may(or should I say, will) not agree with other gamers'.

and it's these third parties that are blaming the GC for losses ...hey Midway, etc. did you ever stop and think that maybe, just maybe, your titles absolutely suck?

Back on topic, I believe Silicon Knights will make a great engine, and as Perm said, ED was moved over to the GC from the N64 which played a huge part in why the graphics weren't finger-licking good.  I just hope they include an insane amount of interaction like MGS2 had, and perhaps even more

If Hey You Pokemon is a sequal to Hey You Pikachu, I am royally pissed.  I WANT MY 3D POKEMON ADVENTURE!  Woah, lost focus there.  Great find though man, do you know anything more about this SIE?  I honestly have never heard of them.(edit: well duh, they are new, so is this their first ever appearance?  Seems like Ninty is focusing on little companies such as this instead of big ones, as they should )

(Seeing Bumper's Full Assault reminded me of Bumper from DKR....anyone else sense that?)

Well according to some sources(haha sorry I forgot where I heard this) EAD is working on a niche title.  I would expect something incredibly innovative along the lines of Animal Crossing or Giftpia.  This game is quite possibly that new franchise that Miyamoto was promising to show at E3.  Only 2 weeks to go

It will be interesting to see how they tie up the ends between the WW and LttP...obviously somewhere in there Ganondorf will be resurrected and he will get all the triforce pieces(ala LttP) making Hyrule rise back up...it WILL happen, you can count on it

The article being gone could mean two things...

1) Konami threatened to flick IGN off the face of the earth if they didn't take it down or...
2) IGN is made up of a bunch of morons and they found out that the game isn't coming to the GC

They both have an equal possibility of being true

IGN has the box art, though I'm not too pleased at having just Captain Falcon on the front...TWICE.  Hopefully this is just a mockup.  So what could GX stand for?

I agree with the customization mode...Being able to put your own persona in the game is key to your immersion in the game(now only if they would do that for Zelda )...Having a sort of co-op for a tourney would be plausible but I am not sure how a full game co-op would work...Genius make us happy!

Did you go to the back of the bomb shop and eavesdrop on the pirates?  If you did, then talk to the King of Red Lions for a reminder but if you didn't then you need to sidle about the edge of the building to the right of the dock and crawl through the hole on the roof...The story will be advanced from there

Guess what?  Do you think the Master Sword is gone for good too?  Obviously somewhere in the future for the Zelda timeline is where Ganondorf is revived(don't ask me how) and he brings Hyrule back up...Otherwise we wouldn't have Hyrule in LttP, etc.

Nintendo Dream claims that Genius Sonority will be revealing a new RPG really soon...With such talented RPG experience, could this be the Pokemon 3d RPG we've been waiting for?   Wasn't it even said by someone high up(possibly Miyamoto himself) that GS was working on a Pokemon game?  I sure hope so!

Yeah, both Donkey Kong games were known to be still in development(at least Donkey Kong Next)...The Yoshi GC game intrigues me because Yoshi is my fav Ninty character...What I'm hoping for is a 3d platformer instead of a 2 1/2 D game that was the mediocre Yoshi's Story.  Hopefully, Ninty was using the Yoshi in Mario Sunshine as the blueprint for a future Yoshi 3d

The most obvious guess would be that the player controls BOTH characters on the kart, but I would like to see the option of having a friend be the weapons expert while I drive.
