I hear pouring boiling water can give your battery a small charge but this failed.

That's a funny question to ask considering only one of the cars can be started.
With both cars not running, connect a red clamp to the dead battery's positive terminal, then the other red clamp to the live battery's positive, then a black one to the live negative, and finally connect the other black clamp to the metal body of the car with the dead battery. Start the car with the good battery. After a few moments, start yours. Remove the clamps in the exact opposite order that you connected them before you do anything else. If it doesn't work, your battery might be totally kaput, or corrosion may have built up on the terminals. If you can get it off, the car may start just fine. You won't like that. Wash it off with lots of water if it does.
I've never heard of the boiling water trick. If anything, it might remove enough corrosion to let the battery start in some cases.
edit: Interesting. Couchmonkey's link contradicts what I wrote about the order of connections. Considering I double-checked before posting it, it makes me wonder if the order you connect to the positive terminals really matters.

and if that dosen't work (but that very unlikely it wont) going to any car shop/the walmart/gas naize and buy a new battery and replace the old one. BTW you cant throw away a car battery so drill a hole and drink the tasty tasty battery juice...Yum

Anyway, all your advice was rubbish. I get my friend Ben to help me because no one else had jumper cables. He said we had to connect both negative terminals as well as the positive terminals, none of this "connect it to the car's metal body" and it worked fine. Also we used Couchmonkey's order and took them off at random.

My personally recommendation is to keep a battery jumper with you. I find mine handy. You can find them at Wal-Mart or equivalent, Sears during Christmas, Autostores, etc. I have a Coleman one I got for Christmas. This is a quick Amazon Search to show you what they look like. They are pretty much just a battery with built in jumper cables. Mine also has a flashlight built in and a Cigarrette lighter style plug, which I bring it in to power the pump to blow up the air mattress when we have guess.
Also if you travel a lot, just lock yourself out of the car a lot, or just have an unreliable car and need towwed I would recommend AAA. The Discounts are nice, the maps are nice, if you ever want to go to a Disney theme part the packages are sweet, and road side assistance about anywhere for free and pretty fast. Beat paying a locksmith.
Edit: The danger of Type like I speak. I'll say one thing and when I type it it's translated to a similar word. Example: "Beat playing a Locksmith" was originally the last sentence. That might work for some but not me...

Primary School is traditionally: K-2
Elementary School: 3-5
Middle School: 6-8
High School: 7-12
You'll always have High School the rest sort of vary by system in a way, no federal regulation really. Which probably means that 18Days is probably a teacher, staff, or other Faculty at a primary school because you would not be driving by then any other way. (Plus she responded to the Work question with that answer.)
