Of course the idea of dinosaur battles sounds great but the Battle of Giants series has shown over and over that it can't find a good battle system.

Actually I want the TellTale Jurassic Park Episodic Adventure in 3D. Give me that and I will forever love TellTale and Nintendo.

If that theropod has two giant horns sticking out of its nose, I'm going to vomit. I keep telling myself that they're leaves in the background, and this is a trick of perspective. Could be good, but I'm not crossing my fingers.

They HD-ified it, now it's all brown!

The problem with the BoG series isn't the graphics, it's the gameplay.

Except it appears to be a tyrannosaur battling a stegosaur. Neither one lived anywhere near the other in time. But whatever. 3D dinosaurs!

btw, why the **** does everything have to look better than Star Fox or OoT on the 3DS? they are literally on the lower tiers for visuals.

Nintendo is trying to give 3rd parties a chance to shine early on on the 3DS. So the 3rd parties better get in the game before Nintendo drops the big hitters and most people start ignoring 3rd party offerings on Nintendo consoles again (exception of the few franchises that make a stand early on).

The Wii one was entertaining if rough around the edges. Great for young kids. I'm sure this is the same game.

Saw this thread active today, so I figured I'd mention I played this today. It was shockingly not terrible. Gameplay was Punch-Out-like with some exploration.

I'll have full impressions when I put my head back on straight. It was a long day today...

Guy demoing the game said that dinosaurs will not be accurately sized to make more exciting gameplay situations.

I've played it. Didn't enjoy it much. I beat it just yesterday. The game took a few hours, but offered about an hour's worth of original content, essentially. Picture a version of punch-out where you have to fight Glass Joe and the easier fighters about 20 times before you move on to something else.

I never played infinity blade, I don't know anything about it, so I can't really say.

Worth noting, the game is "Combat of Giants." It's like a different branch in the franchise than the rest.
