Monster Hunter 4 Delayed in Japan
« on: December 19, 2012, 10:28:16 AM »

Players will have to wait a few more months for the next title in the hit Capcom series.

The release of Monster Hunter 4 for the Nintendo 3DS in Japan has been delayed.

Capcom initially intended to release the title this March, but is pushing the game back to a summer release. Capcom feels that to meet the demands and expectations of the users, they need to increase the quality of the game.

Although Monster Hunter 4 is being delayed in Japan, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate is still scheduled to release in Europe and North America for 3DS and Wii U this March.

Monster Hunter is pretty incremental, right? I assume this is a beefed up version of all the other Monster Hunters?

I remember people criticizing Monster Hunter Tri for having less content than earlier versions, which they've fixed with the 3G games, so maybe 4 will be the same way.

I didn't even know a date had been set. It's releasing sooner than I thought it was.
