For the first time on a home console, Mass Effect 3 will run in full 1080p resolution, according to September's Nintendo Power, issue V282.

The article has also re-confirmed that the extended cut of the ending sequence and other various DLC characters and weapons for the four player online co-op mode will also be included on the disk.

Mass Effect 3 for the Wii U is currently scheduled to release alongside the Wii U at launch.

Sounds good. Too bad its probably going to be $60, whereas right now the PS3/360 can be had for only $20.

I heard a rumor that Mass Effect 3 for the Wii U won't be powered by Unreal Engine 3... but instead being powered by Umbra 3 now that Umbra Software is officially a partner of Nintendo.  Is that rumor true?

We don't know the price for the Wii U version. I should also point out that it will contain some (if not all) of the paid DLC.

Before anyone takes this as FACT, I feel it needs confirming by NP or Bioware because it could easily be a miss-print.

Umbra 3 isn't an engine, it's a middleware that helps improve the performance of an engine. ME3 U is still on UE3.
